My friend Jenna is awesome. She was the recipient of the first ever Letters from Lauren, and for good reason. We’ve seen each other through lots of ups and downs. And lots of canned champagne. I thought this dear friend of mine could use a little high-five.
have snacks + toothpaste, will travel
Adam and I have been doing a lot of travel as of late. Between planning a wedding in another state and the official start of summer (hello white denim!) our bags are perennially packed. As a result, Adam has become accustomed to hand sanitizer, Tums and toothpaste at the ready. This becomes problematic when he flies solo for business.
three-letter Tuesday
I got a very tall request all the way from Singapore. Bethany wanted not one, but three letters sent to some very special people in her life. And “ASAP please!” I of course obliged and reminded Bethany they don’t call it snail mail for nothing. Here’s hoping the post is swift across oceans.
A letter for Kat
Kat and I met by way of eBay. In my haste to get two packages out to two buyers in a jiffy, I swapped what I sold. Oops! Poor Kat got a sweater when she really paid for shoes. She was beyond lovely about my mix up. And as a result of many emails, we became strangers-no-more.
