Today’s letters are winging their way to Singapore! Bethany wrote to me a month or so ago, requesting a couple of letters for some special teachers in her life. I was delighted to oblige. I am a big fan of teachers! (Proof! And more proof!) It felt very apropos to send some love at the end of the school year. Have you thanked a teacher lately? What are you waiting for?!
Hi Carmel,
I’m writing on behalf of Bethany, your assistant teacher for the past academic school year. She just gushed about her wonderful experience working with you and wanted me to send along some thanks on her behalf.
Bethany wanted you to know just how much she appreciated your guidance and understanding. Over the course of the year, she learned so much from you, citing what a positive influence you were and what a sweet maternal heart you have. She hopes to have an opportunity to work with you in the future and maybe even make it to Australia for a visit someday soon. Most of all she wants you to know she feels so blessed to have had an opportunity to work and learn alongside you. She will be forever grateful for that. And lastly, she wants you to know she’s keeping you and your family in her thoughts!
All the best,
Lauren ( + Bethany)

Hi Sheri,

Bethany wanted you to know—you’re a star! She has learned so much from you and is so thankful for the opportunity to have worked with you. She loved building a rapport over piano, scrapbooking, Body of Proof, Criminal Minds, Yankee Candle and Bath and Body Works! Bethany greatly appreciates your understanding and patience over the year and will miss everything about teaching (except perhaps a few of the kids). She hopes that you two will have a chance to work together in the future! And lastly, congratulations for getting through your “freshie” year!
All the best,
Lauren ( + Bethany)
